| Well, actually...
Believe it or not, after I finish drawing chikinz for my pal, I'm actually considering the possibility of doing a book with the lizard guys. RIGHT AFTER I COME UP WITH A NAME FOR EM
I've got the major plot points for one, and so I won't have to do tons and tons of writing (since writing is boring and not as discriptive as pics) it would probably be a graphic novel, AKA pretty much a long comic book. That'd also make it easier to do fighting scenes and stuff since sword fighting in text is a yawn.
However, I can procrastinate like a pro if I get bored with something, and this thing will take a while. I'm still not even sure if I'll do it, but if I can pull it off I'd love to see it published.
Also, it'd help out my school writing a bunch too.
The 'A-Team' guys, I dunno what to do with them. Like I kinda have a vague plot in mind but I dunno. It'd be way more lighthearted and ridiculous than the Arcian book, but way less likely to be made at the moment. | |

| DP OF DEWM Okey dokey I've got even MORE of the blue guys (not smurfs) since that's pretty much all I'm drawing at the mo, due to that potential project I speeled out a couple posts back. For practice. ANYWAY huge snooze-tastic post of only colored doodles of the dudes:  A bunch of them aren't 'canon' per se, but were just practice so I could do the poses better. I'd also give out the plot points (since I'm a bigmouth) but then I'd lose ZEE SALEZ when I make like a billion bucks since it'll be awesome I can tell you a few things though that qualify as tidbits. They count as spoilers, so bewaaaaare. --- - Spoiler:
The protagonist is a laaaaady and is the one with the snazzy gold necklace thing. Her name is Laine (I'm aware that's technically a guy's name, but hey I like it), age is something like late 20s blah blah blah etc.
The dude with the blue shirt and red shoulder thingy is another main character, plays the main support role or something (sounds lame when I say it like that, but hey)
Laine is a moderately high rank in the military of her country, Arcia (name might change, but till then that's what it is)

I still haven't thought of a species name...muahaha
Due to the fact that whenever I show a random person these guys they can never tell who's a guy or girl, I HAVE MADE DIFFERENCES. *shock*
GUYS have the goatee thing, which is there for the sole reason of TELLING IT'S A GUY. It is absent on the ladies, people. Also, since like everyone I do looks the same, I had to do SOMETHING.
The ladies have more 'feminine' body proportions (I never go overboard however) and slightly different eyes.
I THINK the 3 spikey things on the side of their faces are gills, but not certain.
I THINK the ear-like things at the base of their head are more ears? I'm really not sure about this since it seems a little corny so whatever.
They have two 'knees', sorta like a dog.
The feet change design all the time, since I have no clue which version I like the best, and feet are always a pain to draw.

| HahaHAAAA  I am actually considering writing a story about these guys...the other one I might do in the future. It was fine, but I really don't think I'm ready for a 'serious' story yet. Not saying I won't do it later. But this, I can pretty much do whatever I want and it'll be awesome. Oh and I actually shaded something for once.

| As impossible as it sounds, I made the Dirk Valentine drawing MORE awesome.  Original sprite for reference:  Also the reason I haven't been showing you stuff is cause I've been preoccupied with writing my book! So I have an excuse. One of the major problems I have though is how to color it. (the book) Colored pencils don't give me the spectrum range I want, and don't look good when coloring large areas, such as space. Color like ol Dirk up there looks kinda nice, but the method I have takes FOREVERRRR. I have a tablet, but it sucks and I dunno if it'd help even if I had a good one. See, the way I kept the lines on Dirk was use Hue/Saturate layers, but if I just color over something it blots out the lines which looks awful. If I had a program that lets you use a brush that edits hues instead of painting over stuff, that would be great. It might exist, but I have no idea. So I dunno about that, but the story itself is coming out decent. | |

| Skull  Not gross-out, just anatomical references (however, it is very slightly outdated). Oh and MUSTACHES.  I dunno if I like em or not Book's comin along okay, bad guy is getting there design-wise. Incidentally, the "glowy yellow ones" a few pages back used to be the bad guy, but that was before I got a better idea in mind.
